I’m going to start by pointing out that I can’t vouch for chipotle.com . I really know nothing about the Chipotle Mexican Grill chain, other than the fact they they source much of their food from local/organic/sustainable sources. They definitely talk a good game on their website, with promises of environmentally and socially progressive operations, but anytime you are dealing with a chain of over 1000 restaurants, you can be sure that things are going to be far from perfect. That said, I love the fact that they are using this incredible Willie Nelson video.
Sure, I’m no fan of Coldplay. I find them bland and somewhat flavourless. But there is no doubting the effect that Wilie makes in using their music. The accompanying video helps.
And I love the message that Willie sends here about traditional farming. I thought that you might appreciate it as well.
