So… This is Happening Right Now: Daiquiri O’clock

Krista spent the day picking berries at McLean Berry Farm.  I spent the day writing.

So we’re drinking.  This:

Strawberry Daiquiris
2 ounces light rum
1 ounce cointreau
2 ounces freshly squeezed lime juice
a couple handfulls of freshly picked strawberries — say, 16?
the equivalent of 2 cups of ice cubes.
garden mint for garnish.

• chuck ‘er all in the blender (except the mint).
• let it rip.
• pour into two chilled glasses.
• garnish.
• drink.
• repeat.
