The Farm to Table newspaper column starts April 15th in both the print and online editions of Peterborough This Week. The once-a-month column will feature a a 300 word feature on local farmers/producers/chefs/restaurants/markets and will showcase their products in a local, seasonal recipe. The 5 times a month blog will follow a similar format, along with personal musings on cooking/growing/preserving local foods.
